InTouch Client Portal allows clients to access important candidate and employee information with just a click of the mouse. InTouch is an extension of Firstaff’s Online Office Tools, the online application used to manage Firstaff’s account and candidate databases, administer employee timesheets and payroll, and communicate company correspondence.
Our recent merger with STL Technology Partners, an IT consulting company, allowed us to build the application to fit your needs, and we are also able to continue to customize as our clients’ needs change.
InTouch provides a password-protected, online forum where clients can access a customized candidate database highlighting potential employees that suit their individual needs. In addition, clients are able to review employee timesheet entries and company invoices, as well as manage account and contact information. InTouch eliminates the time-consuming and cumbersome process of sending static reports and spreadsheets. Instead, clients can access dynamic, up-to-date information at anytime, with just a PC and internet connection.
