This program enables Firstaff to work with our clients in order to reward Firstaff employees for a job well done. Employee recognition keeps morale high and turnover low. The “Above and Beyond” program is based on an earned-points system that can be redeemed for gift certificates, merchandise, and other such rewards.

Employees can earn “Above and Beyond Credits” for any number of reasons…. attitude, attendance, extra effort. Employees accumulate “Above and Beyond Credits” and can redeem them for their choice of reward, from gas cards and movie tickets to t-shirts and jackets. Firstaff staff tracks each employee’s attendance and accomplishments and rewards employees for each a job well done. We are proud to reward employees for going “Above and Beyond” at the work place. And in order to keep track of this, we work closely with each client to communicate any actions the client feels should be rewarded.
