Program. This program enables Firstaff to work with our clients
in order to reward Firstaff employees for a job well done.
Employee recognition keeps morale high and turnover low.
The Above & Beyond Program is based
on an earned points system in which Firstaff employees accumulate
Above and Beyond Credits (ABC points) that can be redeemed
for gift certificates, merchandise and other such rewards.
Employees earn ABC points in a number of ways, from helping
to meet a difficult quota, working overtime or simply helping
out a fellow co-worker.
